Radu Laza elected as Fellow of the AMS
Congratulations to Radu Laza, elected to the 2025 class of Fellows of the AMS!

Radu Laza, professor in the Department of Mathematics, has been elected to the 2025 class of Fellows of the American Mathematical Society.  Laza is the 15th current member of the SBU math department to be elected a Fellow of the AMS (as well as 6 emeritus department members).
